    I think the periodic up and down is interesting—it seems pretty regular to fluctuate about 5–7lbs throughout the week.

    I really need to get on the couch to 5K soon, though, because even the 34" pants I bought last summer are getting tight. :(

    It's like that for most. I am my lightest on Friday mornings and heaviest on Sunday nights. I think it has a lot to do with just changes in sleep pattern, eating habits, and fluid intake on the weekends.

    Once we've settled into the new place I ought to replace my failing running shoes and get back on that C25k again. I used to love it and it's just stupid that I quit.

    I gotta start running again. In 18 months, I went from 259 to 178. I've put a lot of it back on, unfortunately. So, keep up the good work, hang in there, and you *will* reach 200! Best of health to you!
